Can you also service non-school customers?

Yes, we have many customers that are not schools! Managing computer networks for education customers just happens to be our specialty. Feel free to reach out if you need IT services regardless of what industry you are in!

Will you work on my home computer?

We are strictly a business-to-business (B2B) service provider, so we do not offer services to residential (home) customers

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve the southern Idaho area between Caldwell and Mountain Home, and from Murphy to New Meadows and everything in between

Do you require a monthly retainer?

Only for larger customers that want to take advantage of our Managed Services option. We use a flat-rate fee with no overages to make budgeting simple for our clients

Do you offer 24/7 support?

We do not offer it in writing- any services requested after normal business hours are handled as a "best effort" and are not guaranteed

Isn't contracting more expensive than hiring an IT Director?

For schools with less than 500 students, it is generally more cost-effective to contract IT services rather than hire a full-time employee.
